Let's look at her track record and positions. I agree. While diversity is to be commended, and certainly it's about time we had a Latina in the Corte Supremo, her ability (or lack thereof, if you want to believe some of those links!) should be the deciding point. I do find it difficult that she was overturned in 6 out of 7 decisions, and her comments about white men could be sticky. Looking forward to getting to know her!
