Latina in the hot seat. Maria Belen Chapur, an Argentinian former reporter, is the alleged lover of South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford. She released a statement last night via Cn5 in Buenos Aires and mostly complained about the hacking of her Hotmail account. Ay, nena!
